This Privacy Policy explains how Arcline ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our eSIM data service.
By using Arcline, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Email address β required to deliver eSIM activation details, transactional notifications, and account recovery.
Payment information β handled by our payment processors (Stripe and Cryptomus). We do not store full card numbers; we keep only a transaction reference.
eSIM usage data β country of connection, data consumption, last operator, and active balance, provided by our eSIM network partners.
Device and connection metadata β IP address, browser type, language, and approximate location, collected via standard web logs.
3. How we use information
To provide and operate the eSIM service (activations, balance, history).
To process payments and refunds.
To send transactional emails (installation QR, low-balance alerts, account changes).
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing with third parties
eSIM network partners β to provision and operate your eSIM profile.
Payment processors (Stripe, Cryptomus) β to take and reconcile payments.
Email provider (SendGrid) β to deliver transactional emails.
Analytics (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, only after consent) β to measure aggregate site usage.
Law enforcement and regulators, where required by law. We never sell personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function (session, language, theme). Analytics cookies load only after you give consent via the banner. You can revoke consent at any time from the cookie settings.
6. Data retention
Account email and transaction history: kept for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by accounting and tax law (typically up to 7 years).
Usage logs: typically up to 12 months.
You may request deletion at any time; non-mandatory data will be erased within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Access β request a copy of personal data we hold.
Correction β fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion β ask us to erase your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Portability β receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection / restriction β limit how we use your data.

8. International transfers
Arcline operates from the European Union. Some of our processors (e.g., Stripe, Google) may transfer data outside the EEA. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for those transfers.
9. Security
We use TLS for all traffic, store credentials and tokens as one-way hashes, and limit internal access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please use a unique password and keep your devices protected.
10. Children
The service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, send a notification to your registered email.
